Nemesis of Reason, 2020

Here's the second Illustration created for MtG Secret Lair Summer Drop! I feel like this one stands apart, because it's concerning and challenging to look at - and certainly not 'pretty', but then that was the whole point! This is called "The Nemesis of Reason", and it was one of my first choices when I was able to comb over the entire existing MtG collection to make my own version. It's rare that you get to indulge in some fun horror art for a commission, and I certainly didn't want to waste this opportunity to give it my all.
